Real Estate never gets old.  We all need a place to live. I feel that this chosen career path has made me proficient at separating facts from emotions, and looking at something - even an emotional or potentially conflicting situation - in a very fair way.  If I can understand where others are coming from,  I can explain how it will benefit each of them;  I am  able to bring all onto the same page.
